Daycare Services: General Policies and Procedures

Ages
6 weeks to 12 years old.

Daycare Prices
Xtreme Measures members receive up to 2 hours of child care services per day.

Unlimited Membership
$25 per month
Each additional child: $10 per month

Hourly Rate
$4.00 per hour
Additional child - $2.50/hour

If you go over the 2 hours per day, you will be charged $4 per 15 minutes over.

Methods of Payment

• You have the option of a 6 month or 12 month membership, that will be added to the membership fee per month.
• This payment would be an automatic withdraw from checking, credit card or payment of choice, on the 15th of each month.
• If you wish to change your unlimited daycare membership, you must give a 30 day notice from the 15th of the month.

Reservations
You MUST call at least 24 hours ahead of time to reserve a spot for your child at our daycare. If you are unable to make the allotted time slot scheduled, PLEASE call to cancel your reservation.
Xtreme Measures has no obligation to accept a child if capacity has been reached in the daycare.

1st Time?

You will be required to fill out general information about your child & family.
• Moms are welcome stay a few minutes to make sure their child is comfortable.
• If your child has a difficult time, every effort will be made by the daycare staff to calm and comfort your child. If all efforts fail, the mom will be notified.
• Please label all bags, bottles, & pacifiers with your child’s name. Xtreme Measures is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Discipline
Will be age appropriate, constructive and educational in nature. Staff will discipline by redirecting or turning the child's attention to something else and/or removing the child from the problem. If the problem still is not solved with the child, a time out will be given. This will be age appropriate to the number of minutes.
