Daycare Services: Sign-in and Sign-out Procedures

Sign in/Sign out
• Upon arriving the daycare we ask if moms or legal guardians sign-in the child(ren) with date, time and signature. (ID required for pick-up)
• Only parents or legal guardians 18 years and older are permitted to sign child(ren) in & out of the daycare.
• Moms or legal guardians must remain in the Xtreme Measures premises while their child(ren) are in the daycare.
• Please pick up your child(ren) at the time requested when reserving/signing in. Xtreme Measures reserves the right to charge an additional $4 per hour , if a child stays longer than the reserved time spot.
