BODYPUMP®

BODYPUMP® is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!

In the Mix

This class combines a cardiovascular workout and weight training into a group atmosphere. All fitness levels are welcome, variations of exercises will be available. Get fit fast by combining your workout and burning more calories

Turbo Kick®

This ultimate cardiovascular challenge includes a sport-specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy-to-follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength and endurance training. You will kick, punch and groove your way to a brand new body in this action-packed, super fun, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.

Spinning

A cardiovascular group cycling program with expert coaching, inspirational music and a mind/body philosophy. Burn calories fast in this class.

Basic Spin - Are you new to Spinning? This class will incorporate a shorter session of cardio all while learning the proper terminology utilized in spinning.

Xpress Spinning - Get a great workout during your lunch hour! This 30 minute workout is perfect, allowing you to get to & from work!

Spin Adventure will put the wind back in your sails by incorporating an on and off cycling journey, while integrating segments of full body conditioning. Modifications are available for all fitness levels.

Yoga

Basic Yoga - This complete fitness program unites mind and body. You'll start with breathing your first step to well being. You will learn yoga postures that will enhance your strength, balance and flexibility. This class will help you develop relaxation and meditation techniques for stress management. Please bring a yoga mat and a large towel or blanket to class.

Integrative Yoga Therapy (INT Yoga) - IYT is a therapeutic approach to alleviate suffering, support rehabilitation and improve the quality of life. Learn about the body and the energy systems. Practice a series of poses with specific attention to alignment with an opportunity to practice to meet individual needs. Learn meditation techniques including mantra, mudra, and pranayma. IYT is an experience that will address the body, mind and spirit.

Hatha Yoga - This type of yoga consists of held and moving postures called asanas. Yoga is an opportunity to develop the ability to concentrate on the present moment, breath by breath. Conscious breathing helps circulate blood and energy; as well as balances the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system.



Vini Yoga - is a yoga style that offers modifications to meet the needs of different individuals; while keeping it more relaxed.



Kundalini Yoga - is a yoga style that is designed to awaken one selves' stored energy at the base of the spine. Through breath, postures, chanting and mediation; this energy is stimulated thus rises up the spine and balances the eight chakras. Several breathing techniques are incorporated to cleanse and energize the body and calm the mind. Canting 'Sat Nam' focuses the mind.



Mundras Yoga - is postures for the hands, that activate pressures points on the fingers. These points then send messages to the mind/body energy systems.



Pilates

A method of body conditioning that uses a unique system of strengthening, stretching and breathing to develop the core of the body.

Advanced Pilates

Pilates is a system of exercises that emphasize controlled movement while maintaining proper form. This intermediate to advanced class will challenge you to the next level of Pilates work. Mat exercises to tone, strengthen and energize the entire body will be practiced and incorporated with the six basic principles: control, concentration, centering, focus, precision and breathing.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing combines aerobics, cardiovascular, and body toning - all while having a blast! It is far more interesting than a step or aerobics class. Improve cardiovascular fitness, reduce body fat, and manage stress, while also improving strength and muscle tone.

Fusion

A combination of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi which might be a great mental break over your lunch hour.

Circuit

Interval training combining strength & aerobic exercises. Selected stations are set up around the facility that are to be visited in rapid succession. Great when you are short on time or just want a great calorie burn!

Drums Alive®

Drums Alive is unique and different from any other workout you've tried before. It's a "whole mind, whole body" aerobic workout utilizing the stability ball, drumsticks, high energy music and your own free spirit. Drums Alive is full of motivating music and powerful drumming rhythms that will get you moving and shaking all day long.

ZUMBA®

Ditch the Workout, Join the Party! Zumba incorporates Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves, such as Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia, and Hip Hop, to create a dynamic fitness program that gets you moving and shaking. The routines include interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Have an absolute blast with these exhilarating, calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

Butts & Gutts

It's a core conditioning class that has no aerobic component. However, instead focuses on the gulteal and abdominal areas to tone & strengthen them. Remember ladies... if you don't squeeze it, no one else will!! ;)
