Group Classes

YOGA

This complete fitness program unites mind and body. You'll start with breathing your first step to well being. You will learn yoga postures that will enhance your strength, balance and flexibility. This class will help you develop relaxation and meditation techniques for stress management. Please bring a yoga mat and a large towel or blanket to class.

PILATES

A method of body conditioning that uses a unique system of strengthening, stretching and breathing to develop the core of the body.

FUSION

A combination of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi which might be a great mental break over your lunch hour.

SPINNING

A method of body conditioning that uses a unique system of strengthening, stretching and breathing to develop the core of the body.

KICKBOXING

Kickboxing combines aerobics, cardiovascular, and body toning - all while having a blast! It is far more interesting than a step or aerobics class. Improve cardiovascular fitness, reduce body fat, and manage stress, while also improving strength and muscle tone.

IN THE MIX

This class combines a cardiovascular workout and weight training into a group atmosphere. All fitness levels are welcome, variations of exercises will be available. Get fit fast by combining your workout and burning more calories!

ZUMBA®

Ditch the Workout, Join the Party! Zumba incorporates Latin rhythms and easy to follow dance moves, such as Salsa, Merengue, Samba, Cumbia, and Hip Hop, to create a dynamic fitness program that gets you moving and shaking. The routines include interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Have an absolute blast with these exhilarating, calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!

BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!


TOTAL BODY TONE

If you are looking for a total body experience, this class was designed for you. Your major muscle groups will feel like they are 21 again.

ACTIVE ADULT CIRCUIT

This is a beginner class for anyone who wishes to stay fit forever. Special considerations will be made for those with arthritis or joint difficulty.

PULSE PYRAMID

Are you ready, come and test your limits! Pyramid exercises for an intense cardiovascular and muscular endurance challenge.

HIP HOP

Hip hop your way through a high-energy and fun fitness dance class.

TABATA

Come and challenge yourself with a fast-paced, high-intensity workout with 20 seconds of torture and 10 seconds of rest to follow (eight cycles).

XTREME MIX

What better ways to jump start your morning then with an exhilarating one hour challenge of cardiovascular and muscular endurance intervals? Xtreme Mix will challenge your current exercise level and help you reach your next line of fitness. Set the alarm, it’s time to rise and shine!
