Professional Training: Overview/Packages

You must complete at least 4 training sessions per calendar month, for membership fee to be waived. If at some point a member decides to discontinue professional training, the membership fee will come into effect.

Over time each exercise will be smooth, fluid, and controlled while flexing, extending, rotating or laterally flexing. Each client will be given exercises with specific modifications while working towards her goal of improving overall fitness.
