Hi, My name is Heather A. Ketterling, I am originally from Edgeley, ND. I moved to Fargo in the fall of 2005 to pursue my dream of massage Therapy. I attended Sister Rosalind Gefree's School and Clinics of massage therapy, and graduated in 2006 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. My passion for massage started in middle school and has grown even stronger throughout my years of practice and education.
Spa Services: Massage
The basic goal of Massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and well being in a person. The types of massage that will be available at Xtreme Measures will be Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Mio Facial Release (MFR), Pregnancy massage, and Essential oils. I am committed to giving my clients a more natural and healthy alternative to rejuvenating their mind, body and soul.

.5 hour - $30
.5 hour member - $25
1 hour - $55
1 hour member - $50
1.5 hours - $75
1.5 hours member - $70
2 hours - $90
2 hr member - $85
If you add essential oils to the massage, there will be a $5 upgrade.

Mondays 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Tuesdays - 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday - off
Thursdays - 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Fridays - 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Saturdays - upon request
