Kimberly Ough is an ACE certified Personal Trainer. She graduated in 2001 from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. Kimberly has 6 years experience personal training, circuit training, spinning and designing programs. She is also certified in Pre/Post Natal exercise through Moms in Motion. Kimberly enjoys spending her time as a wife, mother and challenging her own fitness through running, weight training, kickboxing aerobics and recreational sports.
Lori Hill is a registered yoga teacher with a Yoga Alliance since 2004. She completed her yoga training with Integrative Yoga Therapy. She is also certified as a group exercise leader with American Council on Exercise since 1991. Active adult classes, Pilates, yoga and other mind-body fusion classes are her passion. Helping women find their path to extraordinary living is her goal.
Danielle Strand is currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science from Rasmussen College. She graduated high school from Moorhead High. She holds a certification from the American Heart Association - CPR, First Aid, AED Certified. Upon graduating she will be a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through ACE. She has participated in two half marathons and has been on the Dean's List at Rasmussen for five consecutive quarters.
The owner, Mariah Prussia, is committed to the vision and desire to connect a woman's inner beauty with her outer beauty. She holds a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in coaching. She is certified with the American Council on Exercise since 2002. Additional certifications include Pre/Post Natal, 50+ training, Mastery in Spinning, Mat Pilates, BOSU Pilates/Circuit, Group Power and Foam Roller Fusion.
Pat Hesby began her fitness venture in 1983and continues to develop her passion by pursuing her personal training certification. Pat believes women need to focus on being "fit no thin" and her goal is to help women understand the difference. Pat's strength is being a suppot system for women physically, emotionally and spiritually. Current certifications include but are not limited to Yoga, Mat Pilates, Advanced Pilates, Group Power and Group Fitness.
